Camp Oh Pea Dee
Due to COVID-19, Camp Oh-Pea-Dee has been cancelled for the 2020 Summer Season. The District will continue to follow the recommendations of the Governor’s office, CDC, and IDPH and we look forward to once again being part of your support system when it is safe to do so.
Looking for fun things to do this summer to keep the kids busy? Visit our Virtual Recreation Center!
Welcome to Camp Oh Pea Dee; where safety and fun are a priority. Our summer camp focuses on emphasizing fun, peer interaction, planned activities, and personal growth. Participants will participate in swimming each Tuesday and Thursday, and visit the splash pad each Friday. New this year, we will also have a summer reading program through the Oregon Public Library, join all three Brown Bag Concerts on the Courthouse Lawn and be participating in free pop-up events throughout the community! On top of this, we will be playing at our local parks, engaging in many sports and outdoor games, themed crafts, and so much more! Contact Amanda Zimmermann at 815-732-3101 or email@example.com with any questions. We look forward to having your camper in the program!
