Personal Training with Kim

Kim Henry has been a certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports & Sciences Association) since 2005. Whether you are a beginner or want to take your health and fitness to the next level, Kim can provide the personalized instruction, guidance, and support necessary to help you feel and see results. All new clients will start with a 1/2 hour consultation where you will discuss your health history, establish fitness goals and even start right away with measurements and/or weigh-in. Kim is available by appointment to help you on your fitness journey. Training is available in both the Nash Fitness Center and the TRX Fitness Room.

Personal Training with Jason

Jason Donegan is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Fitness Coach through ISSA (International Sports & Sciences Association). Jason’s passion is to help both youth and adults reach their potential through exercise. Jason can provide you with personalized instruction, guidance and the support necessary to achieve your results. From fat loss, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding and sports related training, Jason has the experience to create an individualized plan for you. Jason is available by appointment to help you on your fitness journey. Training is available in both the Nash Fitness Center and the TRX Fitness Room. All new clients will begin with a 30-minute fitness assessment/consultation. In this session, Jason will help you figure out the next step in your fitness journey and how to achieve it.
