Covid-19 Pass Refund Request
As part of the Nash Recreation Center’s required closure due to the Covid-19 Pandemic the District is offering 2 options to all Pass Holders. All monthly pass payments have been suspended effective April 20th.
Option 1: Pass Holders may request a prorated refund of their existing pass. Nash closed on March 13th and the remaining balance of prepaid memberships can be immediately refunded. If you wish to choose this option, just fill out the request form below. One submission for family passes will cancel the entire family pass.
Option 2: Pass Holders may keep their pass in suspension status until Nash officially re-opens. All passes will then then be re-activated and extended for the amount of time that Nash was closed. For example, if Nash re-opens on May 26th, your pass expiration will be extended by 74 days. There is no need to contact us if you wish to keep your pass in suspension status. There will be no automatic withdrawals of monthly pass payments. The community will be notified once Nash is prepared to re-open.
