‘A Distinguished Accredited Agency’

The Oregon Park District is recognized as an Illinois Association of Park Districts (IAPD) and Illinois Parks and Recreation Association (IPRA) Distinguished Accredited Agency.  The goal of the program is to improve the delivery of recreation services to the residents of Illinois through a voluntary comprehensive evaluation process.  The Park District is currently pursuing the National Recreation and Park Association’s (NRPA) Gold Medal award, the highest honor for business.
