How fit is your heart?
To encourage you to include a cardiovascular program in your
exercise regime, we have developed the Pacers Club free of charge
to you! Participants keep track of all time spent in the
Fitness Center, and they log the miles, laps, meters, etc., that
they complete at the Nash Center or any of our parks. All of
the miles and/or time is recorded on our Pacers computer and all
information is converted to bicycle miles. This enables
everyone to make the goal of 1000 miles and earn a Pacers Club
T-Shirt. Sign up in the Nash Fitness Center and track your
progress! |
