Fitness Center
Nash Fitness Center – The newly remodeled Nash Fitness Center is over 6000 square feet and features a three lane rubberized track that surrounds our CYBEX strength training machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment. Our friendly fitness center staff is available to set up an orientation for any and all patrons looking to begin a fitness routine. Participants must be 7th grade or older to use the fitness center and 9th grade or older to use the free weights. The following equipment can be found at the Nash Fitness Center:

Training Activities
Pacers Club Plus – How fit is your heart? To encourage you to include a cardiovascular program in your exercise regime, we have developed the Pacers Club free of charge to you! Pa
rticipants keep track of all time spent in the Fitness Center, and they log the miles, laps, meters, etc., that they complete at the Nash Center or any of our parks. All of the miles and/or time is recorded
on our Pacers computer and all information is converted to bicycle miles. This enables everyone to make the goal of 1000 miles and earn a Pacers Club T-Shirt. Sign up in the Nash Fitness Cen
ter and track your progress!
