Come take a Fitness Class at Nash on your own schedule with Fitness on Demand.  There are many different types of fitness classes!  There is no cost to pass holders and non-pass holders just need to pay a daily fee.  Click on the schedule link below for an existing Fitness on Demand class schedule.  If there is currently no class for a time slot you’d like to participate, just come on in and get started.  Stop by or call us for further information!
