Amenities of Fairgrounds Park

Fairgrounds Park is a neighborhood park that was once the site of the Ogle County Fair. The bike trail travels though mature oaks and a small prairie on the north end. The Park District purchased this property from the Ogle County Fair Board in July, 1992. Fairgrounds Subdivision was formerly the Ogle County Fairgrounds and Trotter Court was once the horse track.
