Lifeguard

The Oregon Park District is accepting applications for part-time lifeguards and pool managers at the Nash Recreation Center.  Positions require approximately 12 to 20 hours weekly during the daytime. A high level customer service skills and safety knowledge are required.  Please contact Jena Wehmhoefer with questions.  The Park District has a lifeguard training program for individuals who are not certified.

Part-time Building Supervisor

The Oregon Park District is accepting applications for part-time Building Supervisors at the Nash Recreation Center.  Positions require approximately 12 to 20 hours weekly. A high level customer service skills and safety knowledge are required.  Please contact Mary Sansone or John Donaldson with questions.

Extended Time Supervisor

The Oregon Park District is accepting applications for a part-time Extended Time Supervisor. Position requires approximately 16+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday. Hours of work are 2:45pm – 6:00pm, and some mornings 6:00am – 8:00am. The Extended Time Supervisor will work closely with the Recreation Program Manager and the Extended Time Assistants. Extended Time is a before and after school care program that enhances the life of all participants involved. A high level of experience in working with children and a valid Illinois State Driver’s License is required. Part-time Extended Time Assistant

The Oregon Park District is accepting applications for a part-time Extended Time Assistant. Position requires approximately 8 to 16 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. Hours of work are 3:00pm – 6:00pm, and some mornings 6:00am – 8:00am. Extended Time is a before and after school care program that enhances the life of all participants involved. Part-time Blackhawk Center Custodian

The Oregon Park District is accepting applications for part-time night custodians at Nash Recreation Center and the Blackhawk Center. Positions require approximately 12 to 20 hours weekly.
