KETTLEBELL with Lana

Kettlebell training is one of the most powerful tools for improving your fitness and physique. This class will elevate your heart rate, build lean muscles, and improve your overall strength. Both men and women are invited to join. Participants can choose if they would like to attend 2, 3 or 4 days per week.  No class 7/4.
