This class targets the abdominal muscles with 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises which will tone and tighten your abs.  There will also be 15 minutes of cardio mixed with toning to build your endurance and sculpt your muscles. Routines and equipment will vary from class to class to create “muscle confusion”. You will never be bored with the variety of kickboxing, step
aerobics, Boot Camp drills and much more that will be incorporated into this new fitness program! No class 9/4, 11/22, 11/23,
12/25 or 1/1
